曾幾何時，我也只是香港無數忙碌靈魂中的一個。每天早晨八時零五分，準時站在金鐘站的人潮中，車窗成了流動的鏡子，映出一排排白襯衫與套裝。朝九晚六的生活很安穩，但我知道，心裡仍有某個角落，渴望著自由、美感，以及一點與眾不同。
那年，出走了一趟意大利。在佛羅倫斯（Florence）的石板路上，午後的陽光像金箔般灑滿街頭。看見當地女生，即使只是去買一條法包，耳垂上也搖曳著精緻的黃銅耳環；內街的復古市集裡，手工首飾在光影間閃爍，那種毫不費力的優雅（Effortless Chic），深深撼動了我。忽然明白：首飾從來不是為場合而戴的盔甲，而是我們對自己、對生活說「我仍然熱愛」的證明。
回到香港，我決定任性一次，創立 FlorenceK Paradise。「K」代表 Kindness（對自己溫柔） 與 Knowledge（內在的智慧）；Paradise，則是我希望為香港女生在緊湊生活中，劈開的一片秘密樂園。這裡沒有誇張的奢華，只有剛剛好的精緻：像清晨的第一口咖啡，像黃昏的一抹餘暉。每一件作品都經過嚴謹的抗敏與日常佩戴測試，因為我深信，您不必等待特別的日子才閃耀；在每一個平凡的日常裡，您都值得被光照亮。

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Alipay etc.) or Paypal. We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

Delivery and Shipping
- All Hong Kong orders over HK$400 will be delivered by S.F. Express. FREE local courier for self pick up at S.F. Express centers/ EF Lockers/ appointed 7-11 or Circle K (pls fill in S.F. location code at address form) and FREE courier to home or office address.
- All Hong Kong orders below $400, courier charge $30 will be add. Hong Kong Standard Delivery 2-5 Business days,
- All oversea orders: To ensure you get your pieces as quickly as possible we ship all international parcels with UPS / Hong Kong Speedpost. Depending on the country, most of our parcels reach you within 7 working days (up to 10 working days for remote areas). Distribution of freight will be paid by the customer orders the goods arrive, the company will inform the customer about the email Hong Kong Speedpost shipping.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays for delays due to customs.

Returns & refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your accessory you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund minus the cost of postage. This does not apply to bespoke orders or to pierced earrings.
If you would like a refund please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their packaging with any labels still attached in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned after seven days.
*The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping or exchange shipping. The return must be shipped back within 7 days of the day you received the package. Please do not return items without first emailing to ensure you are eligible for a refund - and to ensure you complete the returns process correctly.

Tailored To You
During a consultation, I take the time to get to know you, your personal and wedding style, and we’ll look at examples of my work and discuss materials and colour before I work with you to create your custom design that is completely tailored to you.
Best Materials
I'll use my expertise to recommend the best materials and techniques to bring your vision to life. You'll be able to see sketches and/or mockups of your hair accessory. Once you're happy with the design, I'll create your bespoke hair accessory by hand in my studio, using only the highest quality materials and artisan techniques.

At the end of this special process, you will possess a breathtaking accessory that is truly exceptional. It will flawlessly enhance your attire, hairstyle, and individual style, and can be cherished not only by you but also by future generations for years to come.
